Gripping! I couldn't put it down!

While I've read the story of Ruth in the Bible many times, I had never pictured what life was truly like for her. In this fictional novel based on Ruth's story, my imagination was set free! I so appreciate the story telling ability of Amber Joy Daniel. She brought the characters to life while keeping with the historical background, and gave me a new perspective on an already familiar story. Once I started reading, I couldn't put it down! I finished in two days! I highly recommend this book!

Suspenseful

Based off the story of Ruth. It’s suspenseful at times and very entertaining. I just read the last 7 chapters within the last 16 hours and had to force myself to stop reading last night so I could get some sleep. This is probably the first book I’ve read cover to cover in the last 10+ years. I like to read but have a hard time sitting down long enough to finish anything! Highly Recommended!
